I have a lot of buyers ask me "What is a coach home or a manor home anyway"? It all started with Lexington Builders on the eastern edge of Schaumburg somewhere 30 years ago. A 'Coach Home' is simply a different name for a "quad" or group of 4 homes put together. In the coach home layout there are 2 homes on the 1st floor and 2 homes on the 2nd floor.
