We have all had those embarrassing moments with our clients. One afternoon a client called and wanted to see a property rather quickly. Luckily my schedule was free for the next hour. It was a blustery day with wind gusts around 20 mph. My attire that day was a skirt, boots and a blazer. I had to go to the bathroom before running out to meet my client. We share a rather large complex with another company mostly made up of men. Upon arrival at the home I immediately began opening the lockbox, when my client (female) said "you might want to pull down your skirt sweetie" The rush of cold air suddenly made it's way to my brain and indeed my skirt was tucked up and my entire bottom was in full view. It was sooooooooo embarrassing. oh yes I actually sold the house to my client. it gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "showing my ass" The day finally came when all the men in our building stopped winking at me.
