marketing to leads: 30 Days of Marketing Opportunities - Day 18: Don't Forget to Cross Over - 05/06/11 01:20 AM
30 Days of Marketing Opportunities - Day 18My goal is to write 5 days per week for 30 days. So I've started this series that I hope to motivate me to write. 30 Days of Marketing Opportunities will give you 30 projects or tasks that your Virtual Assistant can handle on your behalf, generating leads that will ultimately generate more income for you! These are tasks that do not require a lot of high-end skill but, instead, require some time (hence the reason your Virtual Assistant should handle these tasks, not you!) and attention to detail. Join me on the journey!Day (6 comments)

marketing to leads: Do You Have "The Touch"? - 10/25/10 05:28 PM
Do You Have "The Touch"?Not touched in the head. Not "touch me in the morning." (Remember that song by Dianna Ross?) THE Touch. And, as a real estate professional, do you realize that you have this special power - "The Touch"? Have you used "The Touch" lately? Now, your special power does not allow you to leap tall buildings in a single bound. It does not allow you to fly through the air. It doesn't even allow you to see through walls or miraculously cure the sick. Your special power is much more interesting than that!"The Touch" will cause people to call (9 comments)

Can the CannedIf you've got a drip marketing campaign in place (and, lets face it - I know ALL of you do!), then you are probably sending out pre-written postcards and letters to your prospects, clients, SOI, and past clients. These letters and postcards were probably generic enough for you to use on a broad audience. If you've ever had to deal with little kids, you know how frustrating they can sometimes be. They get into everything. They question you incessantly. They never sit still (not even in their sleep). On the flip side, they can easily be mollified with stickers, (9 comments)
marketing to leads: Time Flies (When You're Having Fun) - 09/06/10 11:22 PM
Time Flies (When You're Having Fun)!I have a son who turned 15 this year. For those of you who are parents, isn't it funny how fast they grow up? I mean, one night, I was sitting on my living room floor playing Scrabble with my mother while my husband slept upstairs. The next morning, I went into labor. That afternoon, I had a beautiful little boy. I remember it all vividly. (My mom beat me 3 games to 1.) And now, he's 15! I can't remember what I did yesterday but I remember that day. These past 15 years seem to have (3 comments)
