Only one single family home sold in the market which is a home in 450 Municipal Ave. The property was listed for $319,000 and sold for 301,000 and was listed for 15 days. It was a great location with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 1,135square ft., a large corner lot and plenty of space to live in. Real estate market sales are still depressed and it is difficult. There no bright future in real estate as of the moment. Prices are under stress right now. Motivations for buying properties are down as well.
