Monday and Tuesday were spent in class for the CIAS Designation. Wednesday was a serious catchup day and included writing an article regarding the Real Estate Investment in Gwinnett County. Thusrday was an eyeopening day. Myself and another recent CIAS Graduate got together and compiled a report of Gwinnett County Rental Property Value using Rent to Price Ratios by City and School District in the county. This information was so eyeopening that I continued on with it and did the same reports for Forsyth County Rental Property Value and North Fulton County Rental Property Value by school district.
