Average Days On Market decreases to a 10-year low
The average days on market for property for sale in southeast Michigan, decreased in May 2016, to a 10-year low of 45 days.
This compares to a high of 122 days in May of 2007.

Oakland County Michigan real estate values up 9.8% in June 2014   More great news! The median sales price in Oakland County Michigan is up 9.8% and is now at $199,900 according to new data released today by Realcomp MLS. This compares to a median sales price of $182,000 in June of 2013.
The average days on market for the entire MLS decreased from last year by nearly three weeks, from 66 to 43 days.
On market inventory increased by approximately 22.6%, from 19,459 to 23,862.
