We had an amazing group of people at our Wisconsin CRS Chapter luncheon last week at Lake of the Torches Convention Center in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin!
There were nearly forty attendees at the Friday January 27th luncheon during the Wisconsin Realtors Association Winter Convention. Our Wisconsin Chapter President, Cindy Ulsrud, was unable to attend, so I wound up taking her place at the luncheon.

The Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) Equal Opportunity in Housing Committee has a new name. The committee is now known as the WRA "Cultural Diversity in Housing Committee".
Along with the new name comes a new Chair. This year, I'm assuming the Chair position from Robert Haglund, who ably served as Chair during the 2010-11 meeting season.

At today's CRS Luncheon for the Wisconsin CRS Chapter, the new 2012 Leadership Team was elected by member vote.
The 2012 Wisconsin CRS Chapter leaders will be Cindy Ulsrud (President), Eric Kodner, (President Elect), Pat Tasker (Treasurer) and Eunice Beekman (Secretary). Ulsrud succeeds 2011 Wisconsin CRS Chapter President Jeannie Doyle.
In 2010, the Wisconsin CRS Chapter received the "Chapter of the Year" award from the Council of Residential Specialists, under the leadership of past President Kathy Allison Zimmermann.
