I'd like to introduce you all to Justin Chester. The last post I wrote was about Justin's incredible customer service.
I decided he had a lot to offer us Active Rainers and extended an invitation to join.
Justin is part of Pat Zaby's tech team. So if he's offering tips on Outlook and such, I suggest you pay attention =)
As a matter of fact, he just posted a great article offering just that. A way to use Outlook more efficiently.

I was queen for a day today and I have Lynda Eisenmann to thank for it. Friday night when I came home Little One handed me a package. It said "Birthday Party in a Box" on it. The box had travelled all the way from Brea, CA to Miami, FL.
A year ago today I did not know Active Rain. I did not know Lynda Eisenman. Today I know both and my life is richer because of it.

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Ines and Nick yesterday. Finally! More about that later. Right now I want to help Nick, who has a great big heart, spread the word about his fundraiser.
When we hear of impoverished families we think far away But right here in our own back yard are people who need help too. There's a program in Palm Beach County that strives to make lives better for children who might otherwise fall into the vicious cycle of child abuse and neglect. I'm talking basics here. My friend Gwendolyn graduated with high honors today. Today she achieved a dream she has had for many years. She's not one to rest on her laurels. She's now working on the next one.
I met Gwendolyn a few years ago at church. She had just moved to Miami from Trinidad & Tobago. I would see her walking to church with a smile on her face. Considering that almost everyone drives in Miami, that smile was worth more than most. Gwendolyn has no car. Today is Good Friday to those of us that observe it. I had told my customers that I was taking the day off. I had no intentions whatsoever to come into the office. But here I am. I received a call earlier from one of our lovely Realty World receptionists to tell me that I had gotten a package. I wasn't expecting anything so I asked her to tell me who it was from. Cafepress? I never heard of them but it intrigued me enough that I took the short drive to quell my curiosity.

I've noticed something on my blog subscriptions and want to comment on it. I'm subscribed to many blogs. There's 40 smiling faces under Blog Subscriptions: Well, 40+ smiling faces(as some are teams), one graphic rendering of two Codgers and one very firm Tomato, but you get my drift.
The problem is not who is there, but who isn't. I had to go back to Jonathan Washburn's blog to make sure I had really subscribed to his, because his face isn't one of those gracing my subscription list. Yes, I confirmed that I'm subscribed.
