What is your favorite summer memory? Is it running through the sprinkler pretending to be parting the oceans with one mighty leap? Is it climbing the big maple in your backyard to get into the shade? How about parties where family and friends cooked out, played wiffleball, and swam late into the night? Most favorite memories have an element of home...at your home, in your home, with family and friends enjoying the sun and ease of the summer days and the late sunset of the cooling evenings. When asked about my business name I always make sure that homeowners and Realtors know that Staging starts right from the property's front door. That means a few things. In design, it is that beautiful entry into home, comforting, well lit, and unobstructed. A house listed for sale will have drive-bys...it is inevitable. Buyers scope the neighborhood for things that are appealing. Manicured lawns and flower beds, no trash in the road, and front doors. Front doors are like the eyes into a property...if the eyes reflect kindness, warmth, and hospitality, that drive-by will become a prospect. If you are tech savvy,
