Just thought that I would mention something that we are doing a little differently as real estate agents. Gary has a little airplane and when we are working on the pictures for a new listing, we are now including some great aerial pictures of the property. This especially works great for acreage or waterfront but we are finding that all of our clients want us to do the aerials. Also, it's nice when we are working with buyers who want to really "see" the layout of the actual land that they are considering purchasing. It isn't a for profit enterprise but rather another tool to use to try to please our clients. He has even taken a few of our multi deal clients who have now become friends, up with him occassionally. It's just another tool to use in a slow market and he does enjoy it.
