duluth: Buford/Duluth Real Estate Market Stats February 2009. FMLS Area 62 - 03/31/09 10:45 AM
The Duluth/Buford average home sales prices has broken down significantly over the past four months. The number of sales had been going down quite a bit also but year over year they have remained the same.
Total days on market is trending up over the past four months.  The sales price to original list price ratio is slowly turning up also.  Maybe we are reaching a bottom here.  The next few months will tell us much.
The numbers below are for single family detached homes in FMLS area 62. Links to stats for other areas are at the bottom of the page.
