south dekalb: South DeKalb Real Estate Market Stats February 2009. FMLS Area 43 - 03/30/09 03:05 PM
The South DeKalb area average home price has dropped significantly over the past 18 months. This area is seeing a lot of foreclosures.
Total days on market went up to 118 and the sales price to original list price ratio continues to trend lower, now below 80%.
The numbers below are for single family detached homes in FMLS area 43. Links to stats for other areas are at the bottom of the page.
Year over year, total transactions decreased from 43 to 36 (-16%)
Year over year, average sales price decreased from $163,681 to $122,030 (-25%)
