south forsyth: South Forsyth Real Estate Market Stats February 2009. FMLS Area 221 - 03/30/09 03:30 PM
South Forsyth County average home sales price has dipped down below it's four year price channel in the past two months . The number of sales continues to drop also.
Forsyth County has become a high income area.  This might be why prices have been holding up pretty well over the past five years. 
Total days on market shot up to 165 and the sales price to original list price ratio continues to trend lower, now around 87%.
The numbers below are for single family detached homes in FMLS area 221. Links to stats for other areas are at the bottom of the page.
