All I can say is wow.   The average price in the West End area of Atlanta dropped 50% this past year.  Over the past four years average prices have dropped from around $160,000 to $40,000. This area has had an abundance of foreclosures.
I don't personally work this area but if you are interested in it, I have a few agents in my office who I can refer you to who do a lot of business there.  It is amazing at what you can get for $50,000.
The number of sales has increased as prices have dropped.  Average sales/original list price is down … (0 comments)
