Residents of Stoughton, MA can now borrow a "kill-a-watt" meter from the town library to help measure their home's energy efficiency in a new initiative announced this week. The "kill-a-watt" meter measures the energy usage and cost of appliances when they’re plugged into an outlet or other power source.
