My First Closing Directly from ActiveRain...and I Got a Gift! My first closing from ActiveRain was with Business Owner, Madonna Cornwell, with Immaculate Cleaning Service. Anyway it turns out a FHA 203(k) loan was not necessary, but they closed on a FHA 30 year fixed purchase loan, with a self-employed buyer and a non-occupying cosigner.
