Code of Ethics Change - Professional Image Issue/Change - 01/26/10 01:47 PM
I was reading the changes to the code of ethics for 2010 in my Texas Realtor magazine and was so excited.  Finally, it is here something to help Brokers hold Realtors to a higher standard, and help seasoned agents not have to fight against some of the things that Bill Gassett talked about in his blog,  Is Your Realtor a Clown in Disguise?  Help me out, do you read it in the way that I read it?

YEAR END NUMBERS ARE IN - How did we do? - 01/14/10 09:37 AM
I have finally finished compliling the numbers for the year 2009.  As it turns out our year was not as bad as some would like to make it out to be.  Yes, we had a lot of financial turmoil and a ton of reposessed homes, and a lot of very scared people, but when you look at the overall picture we did pretty well.  Although our average number of homes sold per year has steadily dropped since 2006, the number of homes sold over $200K have remained steady.  The average sales price has increased since 2006 which still proves true the theory that real estate … (1 comments)
