Money above ethics?  I think not.  Unfortunately I had a deal fall through the other day.  I had a buyer who was pre-qualified for a specific loan amount but shortly into the contract found out that she needed a cosigner.  Called the other agent to let them know that there were some issues with my buyer but we were working diligently to fix them.  Three days before the third party financing contingency ended, my buyer had one more cosigner left to try, and I advised her that we should terminate the contract and continue to look for a home that was closer … (3 comments)

These numbers were taken from the Waco Association of Realtors residential homes sales only and are deemed accurate but not reliable.  Now that the disclaimer is out of the way, here are the
IMPRESSIVE FIRST QUARTER NUMBERS
Average Quarterly Sales
2009 1st Qtr - 137
2010 1st Qtr - 143
What this states is that sales are up from last year. (good news)
Average Quarterly Sales Price
2009 1st Qtr - $120,319
2010 1st Qtr - $126,656
Impressive we raised the average sales price by $6,000. (good news)

Waco Texas shows signs of recovery for the 1st quarter 2010.  Finally our numbers are completed.  Remember that this information is taken directly from the Waco Association of Realtors MLS, and is based strictly on residential sales.  This information is deemed accurate but not reliable.
