 My Birthday happened to occur right around the time of the IPad release, and I was lucky enough to get one at the launch.  I love tech gadgets, and being in real estate gives us the perfect reason to have the latest tech gadgets.
It was amazing to see how quick my kids picked it up and starting using the device so intuitively!
 
There are already plenty of cool apps for kids that are designed for the Ipad, and most of the Iphone apps work too.

This has been quite a busy May especially for entry level condos.
 
Prices have dropped so dramatically that a small condo in Sarasota or Bradenton for investment, or as a second home makes a lot of sense.
 
Prices of most of these "entry level" condos are at 50% to 25% of their peak values!
 
For example, I just put a condo in Sarasota pending that was listed for 49,900.  This price was market value based on recent sales, and other active units that are in the complex.  This unit had sold new for over 180,000 5 years ago!

The IPad is the coolest gadget that i have ever bought!  I have to say though that it even though  really hasn't integrated as a real estate too, it has with my family's life.  Everyone totally loves using the Ipad, especially my kids.  It's amazing to watch my kids use this thing. 
 
My kids, aged 3 and 6 have had a very good head-start playing on our iphones so the IPad was easy to adapt to.  He knew how to use the Iphone, so this was just a big Iphone to him.  In fact our iPad is referred to as the "BIG IPHONE"!
