What's happening to the home inventory in Manatee County, FL? - 04/07/11 09:07 AM
I had a First Time Home Buyer to show homes to this week.  She is prequalified for up to 80,000.  Iwas able to show her only 4 homes that fit her needs, and only one of them was in decent condition that she would consider.  
This is in stark contrast to similar buyers as recent as 6 months ago, when I would have had at least 10-15 possible homes for sale in Manatee county that would have been worth considering.
The short sale inventory is down, sales are way up, and the REO sales are staying brisk.
