Let me start by saying my oldest son who is 10 years old amazes me every day. Everyone who meets him loves him. I'm not just saying this....I've never even had a bad comment from a teacher. Sometimes it scars me....you know like the stepford wives. Anyway I call him my "little old man" because I swear he's 10 going on 70 and has always been this way. He holds intelligent adult conversations; which is more then I can say for a lot of people.

These are some pictures of Vernon Arizona. I listed this property last year and it sold in 3 weeks with 2 other buyers chomping at the bit. After looking at the pictures I'm sure you'll see why. If you look right in the middle of this picture you can see a horse grazing. This is not uncommon because of our grazing laws here. If you property is not fenced then you will sometimes see horses or cattle come through to control the weeds.
