Senate passes an Economic Stimulus Bill that provides a $15k tax credit to new home buyers!  This tax credit for a home purchase would be up to $15K or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is the lesser. This move is one of the many forces brought on by The National Association of Realtors in efforts to create a stable market nationwide. Because of the REALTORS® dedication to their clients and hard work on capitol hill, it is expected that the upcoming economic Stimilus Bill will also contain provisions for housing as well.
