The huge advantage that Lowes Home Improvement has over Menard's is CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a matter of fact, the customer service is so good at Lowes Home Improvement, if the product your looking for is not on the floor; the sales specialist whom happens to be working that day has ALWAYS called me back, therefore increasing their revenue because of the items I purchase.
The quality of the merchandise at Lowes is TOP quality. Manitowoc citizens should be able to purchase higher end, middle end, or lower end products of their choice. Menard's...well, one word sums it all up; Wal-Mart is … (3 comments)

Natural gas is expected to see a 25% jump for the 2008/2009 winter months! YOUCH! Landlords, hang on for this ride! Or better yet, find a sucker and get out now.
It's a pick your poison type of market. What that mean? It means rents in Manitowoc Wisconsin WI have been lowered in many cases to attract tenants; while at best, rents have remained the same for several years running. Doesn't sound to bad so far. Up with the internet down with the newspapers. The only reason, I advertise in the newspapers and monthly magazines are because the sellers require me to. However when xyz company runs an ad they are acutally selling their company name, not the house.
1) a news ad lasts 24 hours at best
2) a news ad has minimal information
3) you need to go on the internet anyways, to find out more or call the realtor
