I've not been a Washingtonian for a long time but I do know about some of the culture of some of the local cities that are close to my personal residence. The third week of the month of June, Marysville, WA celebrates it's strawberry festival. It has a grand parade schedule for June 19 at 7:45 pm. It will also have lots of vendors with all types of products and services.
