                      If you’re like me than you’re heading towards fifty, at a sprint, and your youngest child, children in my case, are moving out, going to college, etc. I am super proud of my daughters. They are nineteen and moving into a place that I probably couldn’t afford on my own well into my 20’s. It’s in a nice neighborhood, close to their school, and they made sure that they wouldn’t have to come to me for money if something unexpected happens.                 In my last post I discussed a few of the things that a person should do when they are looking for a place to live. After writing that post, I realized that looking for a place to rent isn’t the hardest part. The hardest parts of moving away, of finding your own place, are the few things that you should do when you first move in. My daughters are 19 years old and they go to the University of Washington. Right now they live at home which is an hour and a half away from their college. Because of their age and the distance my wife and I live away from their school they have finally decided to spread their wings and fly out of the nest.
