CNN is reporting a 15 year old girl pulled from the rubble in Haiti after being entombed for 15 days beneath the rubble. Can you imagine the terror this young girl endured for those 360 hours she spent crushed beneath rubble? We as a human race need to be in tuned to the devastation in Haiti and how we can give to those that have so very little. Florida REALTORS Winter Meetings in Orlando - 01/23/10 08:33 PM
I spent a tiring day at the Florida Association meetings in Orlando today. The committees I sit on are: Risk Management, Professional standards and Resort and Second Home Specialists.
All committee chairs did a wonderful job having highly informative presenters in the meetings. A law firm that represents lenders in the foreclosure process was very informative and followed by a bankruptcy lawyer who offered equally pertinent information.
Shortly, I hope to have a typed synopsis of all these meetings and I know you will enjoy the content that was presented.

Short Sales require not only patience, good communication and hard work, they require you to be very organized. When I first started doing short sales I would bundle part each part of my files with binder clips. List docs in one clip, sellers financials in another and the contract details in yet another. I also would print out mailing labels with the sellers name, loan number and property address and place those on every page I sent to the lender.

Coco Plum Beach in Marathon Florida the Florida Keys Turn Oceanside off of Overseas Hwy onto Coco Plum Drive and wind around 1.4 miles to the entrance of Coco Plum Beach on the right. This is my favorite beach for walking because it is usually deserted and it has the longest uninterrupted stretch of sand I have found in Marathon, Florida Keys.
For those that want to make it a day trip they do now have a pavilion, bathrooms and trash bins. It is more of a natural beach than a swimming beach because the water is very shallow. … (0 comments)
