Florida Keys Foreclosures, Coming Soon Single homes in Islamorada and Marathon - 08/23/10 10:32 PM
Are you in the market for a single family home in the Florida Keys? Maybe a vacation home or a permanent residence. The smart buyer will consider a bank owned foreclosure as this is where the best value lies.
Banks are not in the business of property management and as such do not want to hold onto their REO's, real estate owned. This is a liability to them and they will price them to sell quickly.
Add to that the fact that of the 3587 active listings only 146 or .44% are foreclosures in the Florida Keys.

No doubt Rain Camp is a must-attend event. Anyone who has actively participated in Active Rain for any length of time knows that it has the power to propel your real estate career into over-drive. And what better way to turbo-charge your career than to attend the highly acclaimed Rain Camp.
