"And it will affect the condominium market and second home market (Florida Keys) and their values until a change is made in the future.
Effective Wednesday, Feb. 4, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will no longer allow financing for Conforming Resort Condominium transactions. ALL Conforming Resort Condominium loans must fund by May 1, 2009.

Florida Keys real estate pigeon control issue in Condominium Association Has anyone had any first hand experience with a pigeon porblem in Florida in a condominium association? I am curious who is responsible for ridding the building of these filthy pests. Of course my building manager is saying its not his issue but I am thinking that the pigeons are nesting on the common areas of the building and are soiling common elements making it an Association issue.
