One of the great pleasure of living in the Florida Keys, for me, is seeing the creatures that come out of the water. I love to go down to our dock and watch the fishermen come in and the wonderful creatures they have caught.
My son Matt, lives in Arizona, and loves to visit us and fish and sometimes just see what comes to our dock to entertain us. This day a small pod of three manatees were our entertainment.

Its been a long day. I started at 9am in the office checking email and returning calls, off to present a contract at 10AM. Back to the office to return more calls, run some expired listings and then off to hand deliver some market report flyers to a neighborhood. Break for lunch. Negotiate that offer some more, back and forth, then another offer comes in on the same property...when it rains it pours. Anyone visiting the Florida Keys that does not get out on the water is really missing what the Keys is all about. We have the only living coral reef in America and I encourage you to get out and enjoy the sights. One of my favoites places is the Sombrero lighthouse.

Anyone who lives in Marathon knows where to go for Halloween, behind the airport. This was one of the areas hardest hit from the floods of Wilma. So, it would be nice if we could collect candy for these folks to hand out.
Also, do you have any ideas on how to pormote yourself or your listings during Halloween. I'd love to hear all of your creativity!!!!
