I just received an email from REOassign.com that said "dear National Association of Realtor member" inviting me to join their paid network. I do work REO and foreclosure properties and belong to res.net and REOtrans. Has anyone worked with this site? I believe the fee is $34.95 per year which isn't much but we all need to be extra careful with our budgets these days. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

After doing BPO's on a regular basis for about 6 months now my requests have finally increased. I am also a preferred member on Protk.com and they give me first crack. I am a member of res.net and reotrans but most of my BPO's come form Protk.com. Can anyone suggest another source for steady BPO business?

Anyone who lives in Marathon knows where to go for Halloween, behind the airport. This was one of the areas hardest hit from the floods of Wilma. So, it would be nice if we could collect candy for these folks to hand out.

There was a voice mail today from a man that said he wanted information about my property at _______ he named an address. It was not my listing but I called him back on the number he left which I recognized as a cell phone. When I asked what information he wanted and how he came to call me about this house (since it was not in fact my listing) he said just general information bedroom and baths and such.
