I am writing this post to say that at least half of the frustration is due to incompetent real estate agents trying to handle the short sale process. That's right, there are agents that are NOT trained in selling your home as a short sale and they are making a nightmare for buyers and agents trying to transact business. If you are considering selling your home as a short sale, please do some research and find an experienced agent to help you with the transaction!!!!
