A large custom home in Desert Mountain Scottsdale burned to the ground on Monday night. It was a 12,000 square foot custom home under construction. The home was estimated to be 80% completed at the time of the the fire. The fire was determined to be accidental, related to the construction of the home. One of my favorite restaurants in Desert Mountain is at the Renegade golf course at Desert Mountain. This course has a great restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. I like this restaurant not only because it is directly on the golf course and has great food, but also because it is completely casual and a relaxing place to get a bite to eat.
