Gil and I are always on the lookout for fun and unique things to do, and the upcoming week is chock-full of excitement! We lucked out by visiting the Middlesex County Cultural and Heritage Commission, and here's what we found:
On Saturday, March 10, come out for Pysanky, a traditional Ukrainian egg decorating workshop. Two sessions are planned, one from 10am to noon and the second from 1:30-3:30pm. Space is limited so register early. Participants will learn to design and create their own patterned egg, using beeswax, a stylus and dyes, following the centuries old traditions of the Ukraine.
