Just came from a Team Meeting.

One of the discussions were about short sales and the way banks are offering a total of 3% commission.

In many cases a negotiater has been called in and has to be paid 1% of that commission.

Best way to handle this is in your Brokers Buyer agreement to put in stips that buyer be responsible for balance.

What have you agents done when confronted with this?
