I Been Talking With Many Of People Who Aren't Sure What To Do Because Of The Economy. These Are People Who Want To Own A Home Buy Aren't Sure Its For Them. To Take The Pludge Now Could Be Scare Or Will Benefit In You In The Future. In Bucks and Montgomery Counties In Pennsylvania We Are Near Cities Like Philadelphia And Allentown. There Are Layoffs Here But Our Market Is Not As Bad As Others. We Don't Have Whole Neighborhoods In Foreclosure. There Aren't Many Houses Sitting Vacant That Were Abandon By The Homeowner.
