Our Pending Info From Our MLS Disappeared...They Said At Agents Requested! - 08/03/10 10:42 AM
I wake up one morning to our Pending information missing. Properties are still marked as Pending but we don't get to see who the buyer's agent or office and we don't know when it going to settlement!
Trend MLS states on their websites this:
 "Member Full Reports and Hotsheet for Pending listings no longer display contract and settlement information. Member feedback indicated that the ACT-O contingency status was often being used (improperly) instead of Pending as a way to avoid having buyer agent information appear when a property is under contract.
