Once again I have write an offer for my great buyers!
They are 1st Time Home Buyers with 10% and ready to be flexible with settlement date. I met them the weekend before Christmas and the day after Christmas we saw 9 Homes. The 1st day showed them what was really out there. They found a home and we put an offer in that weekend. The Sellers just rejected and my buyers felt if that the sellers were willing to negotiate then they weren't either (at this time.)

The Market Is Missing the 1st Time Home Buyers!!!
I found the problem! Rates are great & plenty of homes to choose from. The Sellers in the townhomes and condos are waiting for their buyers which are usually first time buyers. The Sellers would like to upgrade but can't until their home is sold.
I now believe it is my mission to find first time home buyers that are ready to buy!! They need our help as well as we need theirs! We need to educate them so they don't buy above their means. It is also important they get what they want. … (7 comments)
