People always say it must be great to be a realtor. You get to look at houses all the time. That's the easiest part of the job! I know people that love to search online and look at the pictures. It's great to get out there with the buyer and see these properties. Pictures don't show the whole pictures. You can't feel the square footage and layout. Virtual Tours help out a lot if they are true tours not just a still picture that moves left to right and up and down.
