Children of Cobblers go without shoes, while Children of Real Estate Agents... live in empty houses (perhaps I exaggerate!). I don't know about you, but when I'm involved in staging a house for market, a lot of my own furniture ends up in the place. At Evers & Company Real Estate, Inc. we have two storage bins full of furniture for just this purpose. But with the spring market at hand we find ourselves with a lot of new listings and the bins are practically empty. Madonna of the Trail Did you know that our local Madonna of the Trail/Pioneer Mother monument is one of twelve identical statues throughout the US? The idea behind the monuments can be traced back to a group of Missouri Women, who in 1912 were behind a resolution to Congress giving a formal name to the series of trails used by pioneers as they traveled West.
