Today's home buyers seem to have the word "foreclosure" stuck in their head. Here are 5 tips to buying a foreclosure.
1) Don’t assume all foreclosures are steals.
Just because it is a bank owned property does not mean that it is a great deal. There are many overpriced bank owned properties out there for sale. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac properties seem to be priced more aggressively. I suppose it depends on who represents them. Hire a good Realtor and learn the market.

Have you ever wondered by who many people come to Florida for winter? Instead of dealing snow on a daily basis people from up north (we call them snowbirds) come down to sunny Florida to escape the snow and cold weather. You could be walking along Siesta Key beach enjoying a sunset.

Should you buy a keyword rich domain name or one that is memorable? People have debated this topic before. Experts on both sides have made compelling arguments.
