Ballenisles and Mirasol are both gated communities, but the Guards are aware of all the Open Houses so just have the addresses of the properties that you'd like to see and you'll be let right in.

The Local Paper Prints a POSITIVE Real Estate Article- - 01/29/09 11:11 AM

I'm certainly no fan of print media.
Let's face it, with all that's available on-line, newspapers really are on their way out.
On Tuesday a friend of mine mentioned that the local paper had not only printed a POSITIVE real estate article but it was the first article on the front page!
I found a copy of the Palm Beach Post - and there on the front page it said:

Here's a question for you: How many times has your property been shown since it was listed?
Pretty simple question.
Now, we all realize that nothing matters until a sale takes place - but if no one is coming to see your home, how many offers do you think you'll get?
I talked to 2 people in the last week who are considering cancelling their current contracts because in the MONTHS that their homes have been for sale NO ONE has ever come to see the home!

When people think of Palm Beach Gardens and the luxury real estate that it offers, the conversation always seems to swing to a group of communities right in the middle of town:
 
- PGA National
- Mirasol
- Old Palm
- BallenIsles
- Steeplechase
