Well, it happened again....
Someone approached me in the grocery store yesterday and said that he knew that I was in real estate, but since I 'only handle Buyers and Sellers' could I recommend someone to help him find a rental?!?!
I was shocked!
I don't know why anyone would make that assumption because

It's The Annual Marc vs Jason Golf Tournament! This Friday at a small par 3 course in Jupiter, FL.
18 holes, match play for bragging rights until next year!
