old marsh: Palm Beach Gardens Luxury Real Estate - Second Quarter '09 Sales Results - 07/13/09 12:23 PM

Starting tomorrow morning I'll be reviewing the second quarter sales numbers for these major Palm Beach Gardens communities:

PGA National
BallenIsles
Mirasol
Mirabella
Old Marsh
Steeplechase
and San Michele.

It's been rather busy (regardless of what the newspapers say!) so I'll be going over what sold in the last 3 months and what's still available.
BTW - as so many people have already found out, if you've found a Palm Beach Gardens home that you really like, then you need to get serious about making an offer. I run into people all the time that want to wait 'just a bit longer' only to … (0 comments)

Our 'friends' in the mass media keep telling us that nothing is moving... but here are the closed sales from April:
13181 Marsh Landing - Old Marsh
107 Tranquilla - Mirasol
216 Via Emilia - Mirasol
131 Via Paridisio - Mirasol
106 Via Paridisio - Mirasol
127 Remo Place - Mirasol
213 Via Palacio - Mirasol
200 Coconut Key Drive - BallenIsles
And 18 sales in PGA National- (I'm not typing all of those out!)

So we followed up a very good first quarter with even more activity in Palm Beach Gardens.

Luxury real estate IS selling - IF it's priced properly.

For those of you that are looking for the absolute best in golf / country club living...

Old Marsh Golf Club is a private, gated 456 acre community limited to only 180 luxury homes and less than 300 Equity Memberships.
While Membership is not required to live in Old Marsh, I can't imagine anyone not wanting to be able to use the phenomenal Pete Dye designed course that runs through the middle of the property.
