Is the Fort Collins Foothills Fashion Mall Blighted?  There is a great article about this in the New Fort Collins Weekly.
"Most malls have a 20 your life before they need major (re)development."  Says Mike Freeman at the City Council Meeting. 
If Fort Collins is going to compete with the new developments at I-25 and 34, and with the new Harmony Corridor Projects, they will need to update the current mall.  To have what could be the Highest Traffic count location in town be a dated and partially vacant mall will not give us a competitive edge.  The City of Boulder was in … (0 comments)

Is the Foothills Fashion Mall Blighted?  There is a great article about this issue in the newest Fort Collins Weekly Magazine.

Currently working on a fun new fixer.  3 bed 1 bath.  basically this place just needs some shine.  we are putting in new tile for the bathshower surround.  in the kitchen we plan to put in new cabinets and concrete countertops.  here are some before pictures i took with my phone.
