Library needs to expand, but how?, an article from the Loveland Reporter-Herald, reports that despite city plans to expand the current library, a few of the Loveland City Council candidates have expressed interest in building a branch library.  Ward 4 candidate Don Archuleta said a branch would stem some of the tide of vehicle traffic into the downtown and could specialize in one subject or one service, in addition to easing pressure on the existing library.  The current unofficial plans from consultants for a Loveland Public Library expansion have generally suggested a two-story addition of about 27,000 square feet and renovations of the … (0 comments)

Wow last night was tough to watch.  We still love our Rockies out her in colorado!  Sometimes you have to get your butt kicked to re-focus on your goals.  I guess it is a lot like real estate.  you go out and your record is 9 or the last 10 listing you won.  then you get spanked on that last listing appointment and you go back to the dugout and rework your lineup.  what did we do wrong?  what did the other agent do that seemed to make her better?  I am not really one to make preditions but i think … (5 comments)

When i was 16 and in high school there was an arcade about 5 minutes from school.  My buddies and I would go to taco bell and then to the arcade for lunch.  There was what i consider to be the best arcade game ever there.  It was called 720.  I could make a quarter last for an hour on this game.  I can't think of better games even now then this game.  if it was a fixture at my office i would never sell anything.

Old Town gets room service:  Plans for Fort Collins' downtown hotel moving along, an article from The Greeley Tribune, reports that what is now a parking lot on Old Town will soon become a hotel.  According to Chip Steiner, executive director of Downtown Development Authority, plans are going forward to build a premier hotel in Old Town with hopes to break ground within the next 18 months.  Corporex Colorado, a development company, is working with the DDA and the city.  The company will soon start the design process now that a feasibility study has been completed.  The parking lot located on … (0 comments)
