Fort Collins bows out of Riverwalk land deal - The city of Fort Collins has informed the developer that it will not be part of a proposed land purchase at the southwest corner of I-25 and East Harmony Road.  The city had agreed in February to buy 128 acres of the southern portion of the proposed 293-acre Riverwalk development from The Turnkey Cos. LLC for $4.425 million.  The city had planned to use the property to expand an existing gravel pit into a 1,500-acre-foot water storage facility and open space area.  The deal was contingent on Turnkey purchasing the property from its owner, … (0 comments)

Keller Williams had a great event this year again!  Family reunion!  I learned so much and feel like such a new person now!  The knowledge and training we get as a company is AWESOME.
Justin and I 5 am bus ride from the park and ride to DIA (kansas international)
Sorta like touring the Grateful Dead agent from all over come to walk the streets before the concert!
This was the Hotel.  I am scared of heights so this was not the best match in the world.  My room was on the 27th Floor.

Got News! 
Council declines request to change City Plan, an article from The Colorodoan, reports that council members declined city staff's request for direction to change the City Plan to accommodate what it calls inevitable retail growth along I-25.  Mayor Pro-Tem Kelly Ohlson said, "I am supportive of moving forward and discussing all of the (interchanges), but we need to have more information about that before we can move in any direction.
