It has been an interesting real estate market as of late. Although i have been investing and working in Real Estate for 12 years. (my whole adult life if you call me an adult) I have never been through a period of time like this. Many times in the deals i have been working there have been reasons for the Buyers to feel stressed. Rates are going up. Prices are too high based on affordability. Winner takes all. Lucky for me my office is walking distance to both. To keep this contest even i order a Cheese Burger from both with my control toppings. (ketchup and mustard) Both Burgers are very good but i have to give the Smash Burger the crown in this contest. To me the Smash Burger was a bit Juicier and had a superior Bun. I love Colorado. We are so lucky to have such great conditions and exciting weather. Last week i think most people had planned to get ready for spring and get the sprinklers on. Then in comes another last blast of winter putting a couple of feet of wet snow on the ground. I can tell you my yard has sure greened up and it makes for some great reasons to eat comfort food!

Last night i had the great opportunity to watch a documentary called man on wire. This was far and away one of the most amazing things i have even seen. it is the story of a man who wanted to walk on a high wire between the twin tower in New York. The lengths that he went to to achieve this dream was amazing. He basically had to do it. It was his obsession.

Fort Collins vacancies buck state's trend, an article from The Coloradoan, reports that Fort Collins is faring better than the rest of the state, according to a recent report on apartment vacancy rates. During the fourth quarter of 2008, vacancy rates across Fort Collins were 4.2%, and lower around the CSU campus. A vacancy rate of 5% is considered an even market.
