Fort Collins housing market stabilizing - Mirroring a positive national report released Tuesday, Fort Collins' housing market is stabilizing, and experts predict the future is bright. For the first time in three years, the S&P/Case-Shiller Home Prices Index recorded nearly a 3% quarter-over-quarter increase, indicating a shift in the housing slump. Locally, experts indicate that shift has been evident in the Fort Collins market for the past few months. In this business clearly this could not be more true. "i am going to show houses." (why do we say that?) I know in this market the one doing are getting and the ones trying and not. My only exception to this rule would be "I am trying to get through this short sale." That is fine to say. So may your day be a day where you Sell Homes, and go out and do.

Winner takes all. Lucky for me my office is walking distance to both. To keep this contest even i order a Cheese Burger from both with my control toppings. (ketchup and mustard) Both Burgers are very good but i have to give the Smash Burger the crown in this contest. To me the Smash Burger was a bit Juicier and had a superior Bun. However if you feel the need just call me and i would be more then happy to go with you and test again!

Having worked on many short sales i feel great about all the help i can be to someone and their family as they face this trial. The most recent Short Sale i closed was a little scary when 2 weeks after closing i got a call from the Seller.
"Marcus the bank just called to ask about the 30,000.00 dollars they claim we still owe them"

We were promised changed as Americans. Well, here comes the change whether we like it or not. There has been a lot of acticity on Activerain about the new law with appraisers coming May 1st. My lender informed me that some lenders have started the new change. Many people feel that property values will continue to go down with so many inexperienced appraisers out there. If an appraiser does not know the specialized neighborhood, then they will need to decline the order. Who is going to deny work when one has to pay the bills … (0 comments)

I love Colorado. We are so lucky to have such great conditions and exciting weather. Last week i think most people had planned to get ready for spring and get the sprinklers on. Then in comes another last blast of winter putting a couple of feet of wet snow on the ground. I can tell you my yard has sure greened up and it makes for some great reasons to eat comfort food!

The bro-shake can be experienced by even the best agent. Do you blow it up after a pound? Do you go with the shake-hug? There can be a lot of ackward situations when you can't read your friends mind. The worst of these is often when you have not seem someone in a long time and are even more out of sync with the shake habits of the circle they may run in. Hope this helps!
