Last night i had the great opportunity to watch a documentary called man on wire.  This was far and away one of the most amazing things i have even seen.  it is the story of a man who wanted to walk on a high wire between the twin tower in New York.  The lengths that he went to to achieve this dream was amazing.  He basically had to do it.  It was his obsession.

Area homes retain value, an article from ReporterHerald.com, reports that homes in Loveland and Fort Collins resold at the same value this year as they did a year ago.  Nationally, the average value fell 11.6%.  Loveland and Fort Collins never experienced the double-digit increases in housing prices like states such as California, Florida, Nevada and Arizona.  The Houston and Denver markets, which includes Loveland and Fort Collins, are expected to be the first two markets to appreciate in value.  Real estate agents are starting to see activity at their offices pick up.  http://www.reporterherald.com/news_story.asp?ID=22204

In the next 4 weeks i am going to be working on another fix and flip.  Before i start i would love any feedback on what kind of info would be valueable to anyone who might want to follow along.  I plan to have pictures and at the end a downloadable xcel sheet so people can have a template for expenses on a project they might be doing.  I could definately use a few accountability partners asking me to post pictures and to write about the project.  (some days i get busy and forget)!
