For all the sneaker heads out there and other agent my age we all recall seeing and having our first pair of Air Jordan's. This was the best shoe out. Not only did it look beyond sharp but it was comfy and cool.

Kerri Panchuk | 01.03.08Colorado homeowners now have more time to prevent the sale of distressed properties, according to a Colorado House Bill that officially took effect this week.House Bill 1387 expands the traditional loan recovery period of 45 to 60 days to a full 75 days for distressed homeowners, according to Ryan McMaken, a spokesperson for the Colorado Division of Housing. McMaken says before the bill's enactment, the state would give homeowners 45 to 60 days to cure a loan before sending the home to foreclosure auction. I was clearing out my Outlook and looked some interesting numbers.
I had 373 showing on my listings last year.
My website brought in 115 leads.
My worst tenant has emailed 80 times in her 10 months of being my tenant. ( I kept those emails)
Overall not a bad year. I wish i would have closed more deals but that has been every year!

Christmas 2006 still had 15 inches of snow on the ground still left over from the winter storm that occurred on the 21st and 22nd. There was even a small amount of snowfall on the day that Saint Nick does his famous ride. In fact...December 2006 became Denver's 3rd snowiest December in Denver weather history since 1882. The month finished with a whopping 29.4 inches which was 20.7 inches above the normal of 8.7 inches. Council gives preliminary approval to zoning for large house lots, an article from the Loveland Daily Reporter-Herald, reports that the Loveland City Council gave a preliminary approval to the new zoning designation known as estate residential. This zoning designation would allow a maximum of two homes on every developable acre. Greg George, the city's director of development services said, "The intent is that when someone drives through the developed area, they see homes spaced a considerable distance apart."
